Workouts for Wellness Tuesdays After School

Did you know that exercise is positively linked with mental health and well-being? It reduces stress and anxiety, increases self-esteem, and can help you engage in everyday activities with less fatigue! Please join Peter and Kaitlin on Tuesdays at 3:30 in getting active after school! Whether you love exercising or have no experience with it, this group is for everyone. Please meet in the counseling suite at 3:30pm on Tuesday, September 17th. Wear comfortable clothing, running shoes, and bring water :)
